We pack every batch within days of plucking; the packing date is printed on each tin.

When do you roast coffee?

Every Monday in small batches — orders ship within three days of roasting.

Whole beans or ground?

Beans stay fresh longer; choose ground if you do not have a grinder and tell us your brewer.

How should I store tea and coffee?

Airtight, away from light, heat and the fridge's moisture.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes, all over Bangladesh in 2 – 4 days.
